The market based economy of Kenya is seen as the Eastern and central African hub for financial, telecom and transportation services. Kenya’s biggest industries are fishing, mining, industrial manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, tourism, financial services and tourism.

Ghana is a very diverse and resource rich African country. Unlike most African countries that rely solely on their natural resources, Ghana also manufactures and exports digital technology devices, ships, cars and industrial minerals. This all adds up to one of the highest GDP’s in Africa and in 2011 Ghana was the fastest growing economy in the world. They are Africa’s second biggest gold producer and the second largest cocoa producer. The country also holds a lot of diamonds, manganese ore, oil and bauxite.

Ghana is the 92nd largest export economy in the world. Their top exports are crude petroleum, gold, and cocoa products.

Gambia

Gabon, officially the Gabonese Republic, is located on the west coast of Central Africa and has an estimated population of 1.8 million people.

Before oil was discovered here, the country was heavily reliant on timber and manganese exports. Oil exports now account for half of the country’s gross domestic profit and other sectors such as animal husbandry, fishing and manufacture account for the rest.

Gabon is sub-Saharan Africa’s third-largest crude oil producer and exporter. Oil accounts for over 80 percent of the countries profits.
